Our Mission
At Therapy By YOU, we believe that every emotion, even the uncomfortable ones, holds purpose and meaning. Our mission is to provide a safe and intentional space where you can explore, grow, and reclaim control over your life. Drawing from the richness of diverse cultural perspectives, I approach every session with curiosity and respect.
Therapy By YOU is a space where all backgrounds are welcomed, and cultural competence is and will always be a priority. -
