Individual Therapy Sessions:
Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $120
Ongoing Sessions (50 minutes): $90 per session
Couples Therapy Sessions:
Initial Intake Session (75 minutes): $150
Ongoing Sessions (60 minutes): $120 per session

Is Therapy confidential?

Yes, therapy sessions are confidential. Especially since I do not take insurance and am not forced to send them your session notes.
Information shared in therapy will not be disclosed without your consent, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so, such as imminent harm to self or others
